All Mother Medicine services are available for each package type.
Service offerings are flexible and individualized to your preferences and needs during every visit.
All packages last for a minimum of one month to encourage an intentional ‘lay-in’ period for mama and baby.
Extensions on package length are available for families looking for longer term doula support.
All packages include both a FREE interview and prenatal home visit.
We are walking through this journey with you - day by day - as a neutral and loving presence with the sole purpose of supporting you and your family.
The Seedling
8hr/week of Support for 4 weeks (32 hrs total)
4 hour visits, 10am-2pm, Tues & Thurs

The Seedling package is a great option for the mother looking for occasional professional support and help with a weekly wellness routine. Every homemade meal, wellness treatment, breastfeeding and baby care counts! Preparing a plan with your doula with a list of your priorities of care services will ensure that you experience each item available throughout the 4 weeks together. This package will leave you feeling reassured, grounded, and a priority.

The Silver Elm
15hr/wk of support for 4 weeks (60 hrs total)
5 hour visits, Mon-Wed- Fri, 10am-3pm or 9am-2pm

Package Details
This premium package is a nice middle ground for mothers’ who may already have established support from family and friends, but who also want to ensure professional, compassionate, and nonjudgmental care throughout their postpartum window. The Silver Elm package is also perfect for a first time mom, unsure of what to expect or of what she will need during her first postpartum window. The package includes all services available but with more spacing between visits. A prenatal visit will help you and your doula establish what your priorities will be in your recovery to best support you and your family and get the most out of the time your doula spends caring for you in your home. This package will leave you feeling confident, seen, nourished and greatly supported.

The Golden Oak
30hr/wk of support for 4 weeks (120 hours total)
6 hour visits, 9am-3pm Mon-Fri

Package Details
This is our most traditional postpartum care package. Representative of the full lay-in period practiced throughout many Eastern and South American cultures where the mother is cared for almost daily for 30-42 days. This package ensures the smoothest transition possible for mom and baby. The regular and extended hours allow space for all services to be utilized daily and consistently.
During this time your family will develop a strong bond with your postpartum doula as she becomes an invaluable part of the families integration experience. Studies have found that regular support from a non-judgemental and helpful doula protects both mother and baby against illness, postpartum depression, bonding or attachment difficulty, parental relationship stress, and aggravation of current or chronic health conditions. This package is a warm cocoon provided for all mothers looking for a traditional lay-in period postpartum that will leave them full of vitality as they return to work or home life with the new baby. It is especially recommended for mothers with any pre-existing health conditions or a history of mental health concerns. We also encourage mothers with multiples, or older children to consider The Golden Oak package for their best postpartum experience. This package will leave you feeling empowered, cared for, confident, revitalized and at peace.

The Seed (à la carte service)
75 minute in-home postpartum Wellness treatment. Services include acupuncture, Ayurvedic massage, or biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
Cost: $200
